anyone outside of MWTT,Inc. and its affiliated companies

(ii) such disclosure is to a MWTT,Inc. business partner

 that can provide beneficial services to MWTT,Inc. customers

and such business partner agrees to keep the information

MWTT,Inc. provides confidential; (iii) required by law or a

court or government agency of competent jurisdiction;

or (iv) such disclosure is necessary to protect the

safety of MWTT,Inc. customers, employees, or property.

MWTT,Inc. does not send unsolicited "junk" e-mail (spam).

However, the company does use e-mail to communicate

 with customers and respond to visitor inquiries,

confirm orders placed online, and send information

requested by visitors through the company's web site.

Any visitors receiving unwanted e-mail from

MWTT,Inc. should contact the company and advise

of their desire not to receive future e-mails and/or

request removal from MWTT,Inc. e-mail list.

 As soon as reasonable practicable, MWTT,Inc. will

remove such visitor from the company's e-mail list.
